As the NDIS has continued to roll out across Australia and more states sign onto the scheme, Connecting Abilities has grown beyond its roots to now provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) services in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and most recently in Western Australia.
Our specialty is building support teams with the individual Participant in mind.  We take detail in understanding the Participant, the supports they require, their interests and hobbies and cultural backgrounds, and create a team that best fits each Participant.
